Why This Site Exists
Greenbelt records do not belong to one agency. The Greenbelt City Clerk keeps municipal material, while the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County handles land, marriage, and court records. Property data runs through Maryland's assessment system, voter records through election officials, and vital certificates through state and local channels. The Greenbelt Branch Library also holds local-history resources. We organize those search tools, custodian contacts, and access rules in one reference.
